Choose one of the following versions of Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) based on your computer's specifications.

  • If your computer is relatively new and has more than 2 GB of RAM, download LMDE 6 "Faye" 64bit.
  • If your computer is older and has less than 2 GB of RAM, you might want to look at lighter options like antiX or Puppy Linux because LMDE needs at least 2 GB of RAM. Still want LMDE? LMDE 6 "Faye" 32bit.

Benefits of LMDE

Why use Cinnamon?

  • LXQt: LXQt uses fewer resources, but it’s too simple for most people. Cinnamon is easier to use and has more features.
